At Titus Coaching my philosophy is to coach the individual. I take the time to get to know the athletes that I work with to learn how they train and most importantly how they recover. I then develop the most optimal training program to fit their lifestyle and racing goals. I give my athletes quality training and continued attention to make sure that they are balanced within their sport and their life. This ensures a long, successful, and healthy involvement in endurance sports. I always strive to create individualized training programs that fit within an active lifestyle; if it doesn’t fit it won’t work.
