I was testing out the new PowerTap disk hub so watch for my BLOG updates about that trip as well as upcoming articles for the Cyclops Power Training Newsletter.

Dan who completed 2 double-century events in back to back weekends. Good thing I didn’t tell you that that accomplishment may not be humanly possible. You did it and you excelled! 5 more to go this season and one triple.
Rachel “I’m not a good sprinter”. who in her first crit race for the season attached, dropped the pack along with another rider, kept the lead, and then out sprinted her competitor for the win. Incredible way to start your season Rachel!
Dave & Eric the CO racing twins survived a Moab training week followed immediately with their first mtb race for the season with stellar results.
Garry competes in his first duathlon race bike-run-bike and places 3rd in his age group. What an amazing result!
Sally “my team thought it best that I not win the race” who in her first road race for the season attached the field then slowed to let the pack catch her, so as not to win, then attacked again, playing with the field like putty in her hands. She achieved her goal of not winning the race. Silly girl!
